Stage 1: Situation Analysis

In first stage of Situation Analysis, we conduct a complete study of the processes involved in thework that you want to partner with us. We conduct an analysis of your stated needs in order to enhance your business. In our years of experience, we have often noticed that customers tend to underestimate the nature and extent of work that can be accomplished together.

To avoid this, we analyze the components of your business and come up with an effective strategy to fulfill your immediate requirements. Stage 2: Pilot Project

Typically, we carry out a pilot program over a 30-day period, but this could vary depending on the service you are seeking.

Stage 3: Transition Plan

We have a defined process in place to ensure the flawless performance during the critical phase of migrating customer processes to us. The challenges at this stage are different from the ones faced at the execution stage. This is why we have a specialized team to work with you and an execution team to make sure that standards are maintained and efficiency does not drop during the transition process.

We carry out an analysis of your existing processes, organizational structure and work management process. We also formulate an inclusive replication plan to ensure that there are minimal interruptions to your workflow. In this stage we ensure seamless transition, by finalizing the project schedule, process maps, manpower requirements and training methodologies. We then finalize the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and commit to mutually agreed-upon levels of quality, productivity, and schedules. Finally, customer visits are facilitated if required and the contract is finalized.

Stage 4: Program Management and Process Improvement

At LSC, we carry out program management at two levels. At the execution level we supervise the program to ensure the smooth functioning of operations and that agreed upon parameters of quality, productivity, and turnaround time are consistently met. In the rare case where we have failed to meet your expectations, we have a process in place to address the problem, improve the situation and exceed your expectations.

At the strategic level, we optimize existing procedures to ensure that the processes are made more efficient. We carry out this task only after conducting a comprehensive study of your business and your personal requirements.

Stage 5: Customer Relationship Management

At LSC, we strive to create hassle-free solutions for our customers. We carry out Customer Relationship Management during the entire lifecycle of the project. At LSC, Customer Relationship Management is as important to us as Program Management. With weekly telephone reviews, daily reports, a single point of contact and program management tool which allows tracking of a program on a daily basis, we ensure that you have a comfortable experience and always maintain control over the entire process .
